The ability to have a voicemail recorded/ played for call forwarding (i.e. when forwarding the practice main line to your cellphone, right now it is currently just playing a prerecorded voicemail that your cellphone has indecently and is unrelated to your practice, so it can be confusing when patients call the practice's main line and the call gets forwarded to a cell phone, and the cell phone VM doesn't recite the practice's VM information/message)
