On the Lab Results and Faxes tabs on the communication page, develop a "create note" feature to be able to create a chart note for any patient from that page when viewing a fax or lab result. Assigning the fax or lab results to a patient is great, but the ability to create a chart note from the communication page would help reduce the number of clicks.
