II thinI think this would be pretty easy to implement in two effective ways.
1-aallallow the attaching of iimimaging as documented below
2-allallallow a way to pull in the commentary on a fax by template or shortcut phrase. That way, if I summarize the results of an imaging study, the content becomes immediately available through call out.
I I thinI think this request generates from someone who is used to using a larger EMR like Cerner or epic where the radiology results become native to the system instead of just simply a PDF. I will say I use that feature a lot when I am using a larger EMR and it would be helpful from time to time.

Im sure you know this- but in case you don't, you can add files from the cloud to the note.
You can only add files from the files folder meaning there are 2 ways for you to attach the imaging:
1.)you can upload the imaging to the files for the patient then it will be available in the cloud to attach
2.)If you received the imaging result as a fax, it is clunky, but still works:
-look up the fax of interest on communications
-find the file name
-click attach files from the cloud
-move out of the patient specific file folder into the practice wide folder
-there is a fax folder
-incoming fax folder
-search the name of the file
-attach.
Its definitely clunky... Iwould say the better feature request would be to be able to attach anything in the chart that is a note or communication or file to the note. :) .
