Add a note to received fax when you assign it. On previous versions, we had this feature but it's all gone. It's somewhat a lot of work to keep on addending the faxed document just to add a note when it could have been easier if we can add a note before signing the received faxed document.

That is already a feature, when you fax from interaction you can add notes here.... Then when you sign, open it back up and you click this button here and all your notes are added (this was a work around for my "confidental fax statement" request I previosly made, now I load my "/conf" template and it serves as a better fax cover sheet or a note to a specialist for continuity
