Ability to turn off editing access for members in the portal

Currently, there is no setting to allow patients to view the portal but prevent them from editing their information.
By default, patients with portal access can edit:
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Addresses
Payment information
They cannot edit more sensitive fields like:
Names
Date of birth
SSN
Practice would like the ability to turn off any editing access.
