Ability to set a default employer commission schedule

My broker commission schedule for all deals is 5% for all members for the 1st year of the deal, then 3% after 1 year.
It would be nice to set this as my default commission schedule for all employer deals (like I can for retail).
Currently, I have to manually add the 3% rate change when creating any new employer deal.
