Ability to have the Scheduled Membership Plan Change feature end memberships and start new memberships on scheduled change date, instead of just changing the membership’s plan

All of our Marshall Success Initial Memberships roll into Marshall Success Next Memberships after 3 months. Because the Plan Change feature just changes the member's plan, this makes it hard to quantify how the memberships changed week to week

WILLOW WOMEN'S HEALTH: Their pateintspatients have scheduled plan changes after 12 months, their patients pay their bill annually, so it automatically changes their plan name to be the new plan (even though they wouldn't be on that plan for another year). Their orginal plan is a higher tier plan with more serivcies, but the plan change is to a ,lower tier so they are showing a premature plan switch, and are getting lower care when they should show that they are still on the higher tier plan.
