Ability to have an appointment status icon visible on the calendar.

We need the Doctors to be able to see who's checked in without having to open the appointment or the chart. Can we have a green dot added to the appointment in calendar view when a patient is checked in? One that automatically refreshes so they can see it when the front desk checks someone in?
