Ability to delete forms from the patient interaction section

We used to be able to delete the forms we sent to patients. For instance, there may be 5 sets of forms sent to a patient, they finally fill out one, and we would delete the ones they ignored, so as to clean up their charts. Now, it will not let us delete the blank ones they will never fill out.

Agreed. The ability to delete was also removed from lab orders that are no longer needed!
