In many instances the network is adding ancillary charges to the affiliate invoice since the affiliate does not regularly access/use Hint. However, when the network adds charges there is no option to choose a charge category and the category defaults to Membership. Also, when affiliates add charges to the affiliate invoice in many cases the categories on these charges are incorrect. (ie. they are listed as Membership but need to be Medications). Right now these category edit requests are sent over to Hint support to update, but it would save both team's time to allow the Network to choose/edit these charge categories.
