Ability to change the order of individual items in a patient's health summary section.

For example, in any section of a patient's health summary section they want to be able to change the order of an individual entry and make it show higher or lower on the list. EX. A patient has 10 different items in their social history section, they want to be able to change the order of those 10 items and shift them to their liking.
