Currently, if a patient fills out a form in Hint but it was not sent from their chart, we cannot assign it to their chart retrospectively. The workaround is to download from Hint Forms and upload to the patient's chart. Very, very redundant. Please enable the ability to assign completed forms to the patient's chart retroactively.
