birthday-month annual physical reminders.

What I'm asking for:

A saved/canned report (or a Patients tab filter) that returns the list of:

Active members

Whose birth month equals the upcoming calendar month

AND who have not had a visit categorized as "Annual" or "Wellness" in the past 365 days

Output should include at minimum: First name, Last name, DOB, last visit date, last visit type/category.

Why this matters operationally:

Right now my MA pulls a CSV of all active patients each month, builds a Birth Month column with a =MONTH() formula, sorts/filters to next month's birthdays, then opens each patient's chart individually to determine whether a wellness visit happened in the past year. For a panel our size, that's roughly 60–90 minutes per month of manual chart review that could be a single click.

The exact filter exists conceptually inside Hint already — birth month is derivable from DOB, and visit type is a recorded field on each encounter. The lift is a saved report rather than a new data model.

How we'd use it:

This would replace Steps 1–3 of our current monthly Annual Reminders SOP. We'd use the output list directly to drive Spruce reminder messages, freeing MA time for higher-value work.
