We have started sending forms to both text and email at the same time in order to increase completion rates before the appointment. Works great, but I wish I could send both by text and email at the same time - by checking boxes.

This would:

1-save my staff time

2-limit the number of entries in the medical record later since patients only complete the forms from one location and not both

3-reduce duplicate form requests since on chart audit we could accidentally think they hadn't filled out any onboarding forms when they had filled it out by email and not by text
