Allow clinics to modify the booking email content. Some clinics have complicated directions to share about their location, etc., and would like to add that information to the booking email to avoid sending an additional email manually

yes! I have had patients confused if their appointment was virtual or in person. I would like to be able to customize the reminder to be more clear - the info is there but not clear enough in some cases
