Make employee engagement available as a column under the patient list OR available when downloading to a CSV file.

Please add the ability to filter the patient invoices by employer. We have several large employers where all charges are to be passed through to the employer. Also add the ability to change the payer of an invoice to an employer.

Better reconciliation reporting to show patients that may be unpaid at the sponsor level, but paid out at the affiliate level (network paid the affiliate). Currently this is a very manual reporting task involving multiple reports.

Would like the ability to pull the outstanding balance amount for each patient by provider. The Billed Revenue Report includes all of the applicable fields with the exception of the outstanding amount. For fully unpaid or paid invoices this is less relevant, but if the invoice is partially paid it will still show an Unpaid status, but the amount left unpaid us unknown.

When a report is summarized, the report switches to the /summary view and the print/download option is no longer available or results in a blank print output. Examples reproduced: Sales Tax report summarized by Tax Jurisdiction: download icon is missing from the table header. Received Payments / Revenue Received report summarized by Category: print output is blank and/or download option is unavailable. Expected behavior: Users should be able to print and download/export summarized report views in the same way they can for standard report views. Impact: Customers who use summarized reports for accounting, tax review, or revenue reconciliation cannot easily export or print the grouped report format they need. Suggested improvement: Add print and export/download functionality to summarized report views across all reports that support Summarize By.

Add in a age filter to the Patient Demographics and Membership Summary. This will would allow pull reports and see how many dependants/children are being seen in their practice.

Include gender and DOB as columns available for export on the membership report

Ability to pull a report on which patient's have not been seen in 6 months or a year. Report for specific patient's who have not had required yearly checks, etc.

Add a filter to the Advanced: all charges $0 charges report to filter for recurring charges

Looking for an audit log specifically for the change history of patient's providers and scheduled plan changes month to month
