Our clients have confused their company signup link with a way for their employees to download the Nice app, and removing the Online Signup tab from their portal would help eliminate that confusion. Is it possible to remove this tab since it doesn't apply to us and only adds confusion?

Custom app integration beyond the limited selection of apps in the Integration tab by using only a webhook generated by the desired app.

Currently there is no way for a patient to know they are switching age tiers, there is a internal notification to the practice. But it would be helpful to be able to send a notification directly to the payor when the patient is switching age tiers along with there new rate.

For those who have both Core and Clinical, adding a calendar icon at the top of the page next to the clinic name would be helpful to easily navigate into what's happening today or to schedule a patient.

Viewing the patient list would be much easier if we were able to view it in alphebetical order with the LAST name first.

Allow cupon codes that can deduct from the amount of the registration fee and not affect the monthly fees. This is useful as a promotion to get patients to sign up either after attending an event or a meet and greet.

Allow a patient to have more than 1 memberships

In the patient demographics section of a patient profile, i would like a banner or a place to add what family member is connected to another. This would be so we could keep track of memberships and change them once a family member leaves and becomes inactive

On the employer section(Sponsorship), it would be very helpful to have a "marked as sent" option like we do for the retail side. As of right now its very difficult to see what invoices were sent, if they don't complete the hint acct.

Add option for patients to sign up by entering a coupon code rather than needing to send each patient a unique sign up URL. It would improve flow of providing coupons, and patients can easily distribute it to others without needing to remember the URL.
