This would allow practices to use multiple payment sources for recurring membership dues.

Important for HSA/FSA -- some patients want a portion of their bill to be charged to their HSA and the other portion to another method on a recurring basis. Especially important when HSA/FSA can be used for DPC memberships starting in 2026. The monthly fee cannot exceed $150 for an individual or $300 for a family to qualify

Lakes Pediatrics: has a family who's grandparents are offering to pay part of their membership.And need a way to split these membership payments between the family and the grandparents.

This would help when a company wants to contribute to 1099 employees. Hint would charge both the company and each individual employee.
